How can I find out what my Customer Number or Password is?
Call your home center and either your manager or a receptionist can give you the correct customer number and password.

How can I change my Password?
Call your Center Manager and she will be able to change your password. It takes 24 hours for the change to be effective.

How can I become a Preferred Customer?
Call your Center Manager and she will be able to set you up with a Preferred Customer Account right away.

What if I need to order advance prep service after I completed my reservation?
You can call the center where your meeting is scheduled or email the front desk concierge and indicate what advance prep services you will require.

Can I order food or beverage setups?
Yes. Contact the center where your meeting is scheduled either by phone or via email. We’ll be happy to set up anything from coffee, continental breakfast, or a full catered luncheon.

Can I order AV Equipment?
American Executive Centers has the following equipment at all locations:
Video Conferencing
LCD Projectors
Overhead Projectors
TV & VCR
If you have a request for anything not listed above, we’ll be happy to make the arrangements for you.

Can I make a reservation during non-business hours?
Only if you are a Preferred Customer. If you want to become a Preferred Customer, contact the Center Manager at the location nearest you.

Can I use my credit card to pay for my reservation?
If you are a Preferred Customer you will be billed once a month for all services utilized. We do not accept credit card payments for monthly invoices.
If you are a Visitor, you must pay for your conference room usage and any support services incurred at the conclusion of your meeting. We do accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa from Visitors with a minimum charge of $50.00.

How do I cancel a Reservation?
You can cancel your reservation by calling the center where your meeting is scheduled. Please keep in mind that the cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the date of the meeting to avoid being billed for the complete reservation.

What happens if I cancel my reservation the day of the meeting?
All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. If proper cancellation notice is not received then you will be billed for the entire reservation. Visitors will be billed via their credit card; Preferred Customers will be billed on their monthly invoice.

How many people does each room seat?
The Board Room seats up to 15 guests; the Conference Room seats 4 – 6 guests comfortably and the Executive Meeting Room seats 2 guests. Let us know how many guests you are expecting and we’ll make sure there are enough seats for everyone.

How can I get directions to your location?
Contact the center where your meeting is scheduled either by email or phone and they will email directions to you, as well as to your guests upon request.

Is there a phone in each meeting room?
Yes, there are telephones for your use as well as access to high-speed lines to the Internet.
