What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept checks and money orders for payment of monthly invoices from our Preferred Customers. If you are a Visitor using our facility or support services, we will accept cash and the following credit cards: American Express, VISA and MasterCard with a minimum charge of $50.00.

When is my payment due for my monthly invoice?
Payment for Rent and Services are due on the first of each month. All payments are to be made payable to “American Executive Centers, Inc.” for clients who rent space and/or use services in Pennsylvania. Clients who rent space in our Marlton, New Jersey facility should make payments to “American Executive Centers of One Greentree Centre, Inc.” All payments should be mailed to our lockboxes. There are two lockboxes, one for Pennsylvania clients and another for New Jersey clients. The lockbox information is preprinted on your invoice. Please contact your Center Manager if you have any further questions.

Will you accept electronic payments?
Clients can set up automatic electronic payments with their bank to be received in our bank account by the first of the month. Contact your Center Manager for further details.

When will I be charged a late fee?
You will be charged a late fee for any payments not received in our lockbox by the 5th of each month.
